    “Real customer with real review here. I ran into an issue with my humidifier and called around the area for help. Couldn’t get a person on the phone much less responses to voice mails I left. Kept searching and came across Middletown HVAC so gave them a try. Called and Heather not only picked up the phone, but was pleasant to talk to and set up a prompt appointment. Brian came out and didn’t blink an eye. It was a small job but he happily fixed the problem and charged a very reasonable price. I found a go to HVAC company that is all about customer service, which was outstanding. Highly recommend."

So kind to offer me to borrow one of their space heaters while the heater was being fixed. Bryan was so professional with explaining to me what the issue was and how to prevent further damage.     “I came home at midnight from a weeklong vacation - to an open window and 43°F house in Ridley Park!! I called Middletown first thing in the morning and was able to talk to them directly. They did an emergency service just 3 hours later and my house is nice and heated again. This husband/wife duo were friendly, efficient, and were able to explain things in a simple matter. I even asked for some other quotes as I know I have some more work coming up soon. They were reasonably priced.     “Can't emphasize enough how great this service was, I called at 12am on Christmas Eve when we realized our heat wasn't kicking on after returning from a party.     “I contacted Middletown HVAC this past Saturday for an emergency call. They could not have been easier to deal with and were out to the house same day, provided a full report with their evaluation of the heating system and recommended repairs, have the part ordered and will have the boiler fixed by the end of the week. They were available by phone for questions, are super responsive, showed up when they were supposed to, and their prices are reasonable.
